Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a Hub Manager in Johor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure timely delivery of shipments. The role involves financial management, customer service synchronization, inventory control, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree and at least two years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in logistics or a related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and tracking of shipments effectively.
• Ensure proper execution of operational tasks and staff management.
• Handle cash on delivery and ensure banking of daily earnings.

• Job Descriptions:
• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
• Any other task instructed by superior
• Others:
• Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System.
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
