ExxonMobil in Malaysia
In Malaysia, we host a global business and technology center in Kuala Lumpur that provides high-level information technology and engineering expertise to ExxonMobil’s Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses worldwide. In the upstream, we have interests in two Production Sharing Contracts with PETRONAS, while in the Product Solutions business, we supply a portfolio of specialty chemical products to the marketplace.

The Advanced Static Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, and maintenance of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and piping systems. Engineers in this role ensure that new and modified equipment meets company and industry standards and regulatory requirements and plays a key role in optimizing equipment performance and reliability. Engineers in this role have a an advanced understanding of at least one and a fundamental understanding of several static equipment technologies including Advanced Analysis and Fitness for Service, Fluid Solids, Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers, Piping and Valves, and Storage Tanks
