Role: State Manager
The State Manager is responsible for managing multiple sales functions within the assigned geographic region. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing the field force (including talent management and KRA monitoring), overseeing distribution and trade channels, and managing key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
What will you be doing?
The State Manager manages clinical seminars, conferences, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the local sales team and HO-based clinical specialists and product management team.
