Stamping Process Engineer / Leader / Supervisor

• Fulfill production plans and ensure final products are delivered on schedule with proper quality control.

• Perform equipment calibration and troubleshoot process issues as needed.

• Support and coordinate with the Maintenance team to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Supervise and train production staff on safety and security procedures.

• Prepare and monitor daily output and yield reports; recommend improvement plans when necessary.

• Investigate customer complaints and support the QA team in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Address quality issues during production; implement appropriate corrective measures.

• Plan and conduct safety and security training for new and existing employees.

• Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and 5S best practices.

• Ability to maintain documents using AutoCAD for drawings and technical specifications. (Basic training will be provided)

• Willing to travel on short notice to attend group meetings and support subsidiary plants in Johor for quarterly management reviews.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a mass production or engineering environment.

• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of operators, engineers, and technicians to meet production targets.

• Proficient in production planning and manpower scheduling.

• Familiar with ISO 9001:2018 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), and IATF 16949 standards.
