Responsibilities:

A proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to manage and improve product quality throughout the supply chain, production process, and customer experience. This role ensures our grooming products meet high-quality standards from start to finish.

• Conduct incoming inspections on raw materials and parts from suppliers.
• Perform final product inspection before delivery to ensure compliance.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints using 8D or root cause analysis.
• Prepare and manage quality documentation, including inspection reports and control plans.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and performance evaluations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and facilitate a team of Quality supervisors and inspectors to ensure full compliance of production/assembly processes and ensure proper final quality inspection procedures are followed as per established QA sampling plans.
• Participate in the proper and accurate analysis of any product related abnormalities and failure that effects functional as well as cosmetics characteristics of the products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with year of experiences.
