The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechatronic or engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in SMT handling equipment. You are expected to manage production schedules, ensuring maximum quantity and quality in operations while working with minimal supervision. This role offers a collaborative environment aiming for innovation and success.

Qualifications

• Must pass English & Mathematics subject at SPM level.

Overview

Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including machinery, processing, packaging and test.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including machinery, processing, packaging and Test.
• Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering. Must pass English & Mathematics subject at SPM level.
• Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) handling equipment specifically in Testing (TESEC, JHT, ETS) from semiconductor manufacturing.
• Able to work in Office Hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5.15pm).
• Able to work under minimum supervision and works well in a team.
