Job summary

Sandisk Malaysia is seeking a Senior VF Program Manager to drive Virtual Factory initiatives across Captive, JV & CM partner sites, supporting NBM across product swim lanes including SiP, ESSD & ASIC.

The role requires leading quality governance, Change Management, and end-to-end VF compliance while promoting a data-driven, cross-functional culture across sites. Mandarin ability is a plus and prior Flash memory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering school or Project Management or equivalent.
• 5+ previous proven project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Governing the Product Qualification VF process to ensure BIC product quality across the manufacturing sites.
• Driving the Change Management Governance to ensure continuous improvements & all engineering change requests VF CE/CS across sites.
• Leading the VF Health Check initiatives to ensure E2E process 5M1E VF compliance and SOP/Control Plan/FMEA+ gap closure.
• Driving the VF Digitalization & Data Automation transformation across the sites.
• Driving cross functional VF programs to develop a sustainable and people centric culture.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering school or Project Management or equivalent.
• 5+ previous proven project leadership experience.

PREFERRED:

• Related work experience in Flash Memory industry is an added advantage.
• Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; drives decisions; result oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is an added advantage.

SKILLS:

• Proven ability to prepare concise, impactful presentations for executives is required.
• Experience with AI applications and tools will be considered an asset.
