Working as the validation engineer for Switch, Server, and Storage product design verification tests.

• Support R&D bug analysis/duplication, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Support second source verification.
• Support test setup for the development team.
• Develop test cases, test plans, and test schedules based on project requirements.
• Ensure the quality of design products and minimize defects escapes to customers.
• Ensure the validation task is finished timely by well scheduled time frame, improving the test efficiency and automating the test execution.
• Must work closely and constantly communicate with various international teams, including development, QA, documentation, release management, marketing, tech support, and customers.
• Forecast test equipment and tool purchases for new technology pursuits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field.
• Experience in electronic product function testing.
• Good oral and written skills in English.
• Skills in developing test utilities and applications are a plus.
