Job Description
In your new role you will:
Generally responsible on planning & delivery topic within PP 26 weeks demand
Plan and prepare manufacturing production schedules to ensure maximum production quantity and quality
Expedite operations on delivery fulfillment & analyze factory performance
Interface to SCP (division), PLC, RP & IE on communication on delivery & support
Follow up on delivery performance and provide catch up plan for urgent/critical bnrs
Ensure successful ramp-up of products within timeline
Weekly Moving Bottleneck utilization and optimization review & new products updating
WIP management (ie. WIP level, Cycle time) in the shopfloor
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of related experience in Production Planning and semiconductor manufacturing process
Knowledgeable on WIP Management (eg: loading control vs demand vs inventory), managing delivery deviation (catch up plan, Early Warning Process, Fast Track, Allocation Handling, Escalation Process).
Experience in planning parameter for better planning effectiveness (eg: OEE, UPH, Capacity Calendar, Planning cycle time, yield, TFM Knowledge).
