Supplier management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Drive the RFI/RFQ process in a timely manner by defining evaluation criteria, identifying, and selecting suppliers.
2. Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with established service levels and KPIs.
3. Prepare for negotiations, initiate appropriate measures, and guarantee supplies by monitoring contractual agreements.
4. Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, value enhancement, and process efficiency.
5. Collaborate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including process owners and partner functions, to deliver best-in-class services.
6. Recommend process improvements and develop tools aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
