Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to analyze and document procurement processes and workflows
• Utilize methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Management), Process Mining to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
• Define and monitor KPIs (e.g. procurement cycle time, resource productivity, cost savings and compliance) to track performance
• Work with digital procurement team to leverage automation tools and No-Code/Low-Code solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize procurement operations
• Use data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) for data-driven decision-making and process improvements
• Optimize procurement systems (SLM tool, SAP, SAP Ariba, Supplier Business Network) to maximize automation and efficiency
• Ensure measurable productivity gains through continuous monitoring of efficiency improvements
• Manage Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) Operational Business Optimization and Digitalization Methodology & Framework
• Maintain high standards of process quality, data integrity, and compliance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in procurement operations
• Lead change management initiatives to drive smooth adoption of new tools and processes
• Provide training and support to procurement teams and internal stakeholders

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree/ master’s in IT, Data Science with good business acumen knowledge and experience
• Minimum 5 year of working experience in multinational company with strong business process-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and process improvement, preferably with knowledge on Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and RPA for procurement
• Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g. SAP Win shuttle ,RPA-UiPath, KNIME, OCR)
• Experience with ERP & Procurement systems (e.g. SAP, SAP Ariba, Supplier Business Network)
• Proficiency in data visualization & analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau and Business intelligence tools).
• Good understanding of global source to pay, indirect procurement processes, supplier management, and spend analysis
• Experience in cost optimization, procurement performance tracking and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to optimize procurement operations
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication and training skills
