Staff Specialist for IT Payroll Systems

Act as an in-house consultant for IT applications in the area of HR Compensation and Payroll.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Act as an in-house consultant for IT applications in the area of HR Compensation and Payroll.
• Provide operational IT support for our Payroll and Compensation systems.
• Understand business needs and translate them into functional design proposals (i.e. solution architecture).
• Develop software for change requests and project requests.
• Implement bug fixes for existing applications/programs.
• Ensure compliance requirements and fit to architecture standards by considering the bigger picture.
• Manage the implementation with our solution providers as well as contribute to the go-live, cutover, and operations support.

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
• Experience in consulting HR business with a focus on Payroll.
• Experience in providing operational IT support for HR applications.
• Experience in working with and supporting HR cloud solutions.
• Experience handling external payroll vendors.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL, VB, Microsoft .NET.
• Experience using Visual Studio.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Perfect English language skills (written/verbal).
• Advanced intercultural skills to collaborate in an international environment.
