The Field Sales Management role is focused on promoting the Infineon portfolio across the distribution network, collaborating with distribution partners to achieve sales targets and design wins, and supporting the growth of the mass market account base through strategic planning, training, and active engagement, to achieve growth and performance objectives.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • The Field Sales Management role is focused on promoting the Infineon portfolio across the distribution network, collaborating with distribution partners to achieve sales targets and design wins, and supporting the growth of the mass market account base through strategic planning, training, and active engagement, to achieve growth and performance objectives
  • Strategy Development Support
    • Drive and implement strategy development support for Malaysia
    • Drive demand creation together with Distributor sales with the support of Segment
    • Provide business planning and goal-setting support for assigned accounts with Infineon distribution partners
  • Coaching and Evaluation
    • Take an active role in coaching distribution sales channel partner personnel
    • Evaluate their sales competency in supporting Infineon's end customers
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical specifications
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
