Job description

Coordination and management of engineering samples across all OSAT subcon (globally located).

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Handle partial management functions, e.g., assist ES Manager by attending regular and urgent meetings to gather information/data for reporting.
2. Provide general support to other ES coordinators with all subcon to assist internal customer needs and meet their deadlines.
3. Facilitate data gathering for report analysis.
4. Drive and maintain OTD & CT; manage subcon under your portfolio and collaborate on loading and shipment plans.
5. Coordinate and manage the engineering sample process across all OSAT subcon.
6. Coordinate and manage the ES process.
7. Attend and participate in meetings with the ES team, GSC, BE team, requestors, and subcon as needed.
8. Assist Business Units in meeting their needs by maintaining close communication with customers to understand deadlines and drive subcon to meet these needs.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
• Min 4-5 years of experience handling engineering samples
• Ability to speak Mandarin and English (to support subcon from China)
• Knowledge in Engineering, IT, Accounting, or Planning is an added advantage
