Job summary

Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur urgently seeks an experienced nurse to provide care based on patients’ needs. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing plans while leading a team and coaching junior staff.

Minimum 3 years in related field is required; Post Basic qualification and BLS certification will be a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and coordinate discharge planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Post Basic qualification and BLS certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care based on patients' needs.
• Monitor and reassess patients' conditions and adjust care accordingly.
• Lead and support the nursing team, including coaching junior staff.
• Assist the Nurse Manager in managing the team effectively.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Involve patients and families in nursing care and discharge planning.
• Perform treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians safely and accurately.
• Provide competent nursing care based on evidence-based practices.
• Conduct effective clinical handovers using BAR.
• Check medical equipment before use and ensure proper functioning.
