Job description

  • Provide nursing care to dialysis patients using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in line with local and international standards.
  • Promote and uphold infection control policies by setting a positive example and ensuring team compliance.
  • Monitor stock levels of consumables and medications to ensure timely reordering and prevent disruptions to operations.
  • Manage nursing and medical supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating needs, placing and following up on orders, verifying deliveries, and using resources efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, based on management decisions and operational needs.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistance.
  • Must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Professional demeanor in appearance, communication, and interactions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional patient service abilities.
  • Certified in CPR.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications, and adaptable to new software.
