About the role

Klinik Pakar Surgeri Plastik Cheong' is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting our medical professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the surgeon during consultation and examination of patients
• Assist the surgeon in performing procedures and surgeries
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, removal of sutures, dressing, and wound care
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain surgical instruments, medical equipment, and consumables in stock and in proper working condition
• Prepare patients for surgery in the hospital
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient records and medical information
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment to support efficient patient care
• Perform other relevant general works in the clinic

What we're looking for

• A valid Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
• Registration with Malaysian Nursing Board
• A valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for the current year
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the medical team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize patient needs
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a genuine interest in improving patient outcomes
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
