Poliklinik Annur @ Paka is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time position based in Paka, Terengganu, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our community and maternal and child health services. As a Staff Nurse, you will be instrumental in supporting our clinical operations and ensuring that patients receive compassionate, evidence-based care across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting patients upon arrival and registering them into the clinic system
• Recording and updating patient medical histories and vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse and SPO2
• Assisting physicians during patient examinations and medical procedures
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring all medical equipment is clean, sterile and ready for use
• Drawing blood samples and performing basic laboratory tests as directed by the supervising physician
• Managing patient files and ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of all patient information
• Scheduling appointments and managing the patient appointment calendar
• Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
• Educating patients on basic health and wellness information
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic clinic environment in compliance with health and safety standards
