Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT functional techno analyst for our Model N Channel Management CRM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the platform, functionalities, and have a proven track record in supporting and delivering Model N projects. This role requires an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Engagement and Project Management
    • Communicates effectively with end-users for project activities including requirements gathering, scope prioritization, user acceptance testing, and user training.
    • Acts as the liaison between the business experts (Sales Ops and Finance) and the IT project team members.
    • Facilitates business/functional requirement gathering, design, architectural / integration awareness, review, approval, and sign-off sessions.
    • Supports month end and quarter end activities.
  2. Technical Expertise
    • Identifies solutions to the development and technical team based on approved business and functional requirements.
    • Verifies that the technical solution meets the business requirements.
    • Provides support and information for projects such as system enhancements, process changes, testing, and system implementations.
    • Supports issues and delivers configuration changes/fixes for applications.
    • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data or process issues, including manual updates.
    • Tracks and monitors the status of regularly scheduled data loads.
  3. Qualifications
    • CRM Systems Expertise: functional and technical knowledge on CRM systems on all Sales and Channel related modules including Master Data Management, Orders, Pricing, Samples, Quotes, Ship and Debit, Claims, Funnel Management, and Channel Management modules.
    • Knowledge of databases and SQL, including ability to construct queries and interpret results.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.
    • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Experience in developing proof of concepts/pilots, implementing projects, and ongoing refinement and enhancement.
    • ModelN experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
    • Understanding and experience in integration with CRM, EDI, and ERP systems.
    • Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, functional design, business requirement management, user acceptance testing, cut-over planning, and post go-live support.
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in IT management with a focus on CRM implementation, configuration, and support.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering CRM projects.
