Provide 2nd level and 3rd level support to ensure issue tickets are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

• Drive problem management for proactive management of FI system application services.
• Perform user requirements engineering, design, and development for FI solutions in your respective domain area.
• Perform testing, user training, and deployment of FI application solutions systematically.
• Undertake change & release management for FI application services and software deployment cycles.
• Monitor system health and capacity, and perform proactive system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications.
• Undertake 24x7 on-call duties as necessary.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

• A degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented application development (Java, .NET, UML).
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience, e.g., in MVP design pattern, Eclipse RCP, Java Spring in SOA environments.
• In-depth knowledge of system administration in Windows and Unix environments (including Shell, Perl).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, GPIB, COM) and machine controls (an advantage).
• Experience in project management (an advantage).
