Provide 2nd level and 3rd level support to ensure issue tickets are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Drive problem management for pro-active management of FI system application services.
2. Perform user requirements engineering, design, and development for FI solutions in the respective domain area.
3. Perform testing, user training, and deployment of FI application solutions in a systematic way.
4. Undertake change & release management for FI application services / software deployment cycle.
5. Monitor system health and capacity and perform pro-active system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications.
6. Undertake 24x7 on-call duty where necessary.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. A degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
2. Sound knowledge of object-oriented application development (Java, .NET, UML).
3. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, e.g., in MVP design pattern, Eclipse RCP, Java Spring in SOA environments.
4. In-depth knowledge of system administration in Windows and Unix environments (also Shell, Perl).
5. Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, GPIB, COM), and machine controls (as an advantage).
6. Experience in project management (as an advantage).
