What you will do:
- Consolidation and preparation of factory cost saving performance for Senior Management
- Departmental & product cost analysis - performances to Forecast/Budget and develop corrective action plans with Operations group.
- Analysis on Mfg Performances to plan in terms of cost, productivity and mfg efficiency.
- Preparation of the annual spending budget for Operations groups
- Preparation of monthly forecasts for Operations
- Drive overall factory cost saving initiatives/projects by identifying opportunities together with finance cost analyst
- Conduct weekly review with operations on the expense and cost saving progress
- Focal point of the factory to communicate with Business units on the cost saving initiatives and progress
What you will need:
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Cost Engineering. preferably in semiconductor industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in cost analysis tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
