Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in semiconductor process integration and yield improvement is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• WBG Defect Engineering and yield improvement planning.
• Lead defect-to-yield correlation and root cause analysis.
• Monitor PCM/Inline/DD trends and provide fast production feedback.
• Support new product releases and technology transfer projects.
• Manage deviation handling and quality improvement programs.
