Job description

Maintenance: Manage Molding and Tooling equipment maintenance systematically, oversee actual maintenance activities, and supervise maintenance personnel to achieve optimal equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

1. Lead improvement projects related to quality, yield, and OEE.
2. Promote a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions through training, systematic troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
3. Establish and/or update setup, conversion, and troubleshooting guides to ensure reliable machine uptime.
4. Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
5. Train the technical team in competency development and oversee technical level certifications.
6. Coordinate all Safety, Health, and Environment activities.

Your Profile

You are suited for this role if you have:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Technology, Material Science) or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in operations, quality, production, or engineering within semiconductor manufacturing.
• A broad background in mechanical engineering or manufacturing, with extensive knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Familiarity with the latest industry equipment and technology, capable of upgrading or improving existing equipment to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of APC system configuration.
• Skills in statistical data analysis, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
