Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tools available.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Manage spare parts on usage, budget control, and work on cost reductions.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems systematically.
3. Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality, and yield of assembly processes.
4. Support production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing.
5. Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing, and controlling processes, materials, tooling, and equipment & updating relevant documents.
6. Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion of manufacturing lines.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
2. More than 5 years of working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
5. Good understanding of TPM and maintenance systematics.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
