Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Responsible for In House Tester, Advantest Tester.
2. Responsible for equipment incurred Quality Incident Investigation & CAPA.
3. Troubleshoot & repair hard down.
4. Hand on in new Installation, Buyoff & Qualification.
5. Verify & Buyoff Sustaining team Preventive Maintenance quality.
6. Responsible for equipment related document release & update (WI, FMEA, Checklist, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guide).
7. Involve in equipment quality & process Audit.
8. Initiate & complete Improvement Project to support the organization goal.
9. Manage Spare Part Inventory in Warehouse.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic.
2. 5+ years of equipment engineering experience in manufacturing industry.
3. Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data.
5. Able to do presentation to a big group of employees.
6. Well verse in DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis tool.

Preferred

1. Familiarity in computer system & computer network.
2. Able to work independently without supervision.
3. Have a good interpersonal skill.
4. Experience in SSD Testing Equipment & Environment.
5. Experience in Testing Data log analysis.
6. Experience in Memory testing.
