Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage In-House Tester and Advantest Tester.
2. Investigate quality incidents related to equipment and implement CAPA.
3. Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
4. Participate in new equipment installation, buyoff, and qualification processes.
5. Verify and ensure the quality of preventive maintenance conducted by the sustaining team.
6. Manage documentation related to equipment (Work Instructions, FMEA, Checklists, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guides).
7. Participate in equipment quality and process audits.
8. Initiate and complete improvement projects aligned with organizational goals.
9. Manage spare parts inventory in the warehouse.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years of equipment engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical tools.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Knowledge of DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA analysis tools.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with computer systems and networks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SSD testing equipment and environment.
• Experience in testing data log analysis and memory testing.
