Job Overview

Summary:
Conduct new equipment introduction (automation) and set the equipment maintenance plan and machine operation instructions. Support Process ME (Cable and Cable Assembly) team for new product pilot runs to meet production requirements and ensure machine stability within engineering policies, procedures, and systems.

Job Description

• Equipment Development Project
  - Act as subject matter expert and collaborate with vendors to develop, set up, and debug automation machines. Provide timely feedback and resolve issues to ensure project progress.
• Programming & Digitalization
  - Develop automatic control equipment programming based on production needs.
  - Implement digital solutions for site digital factory projects to improve real-time process control.
• Troubleshooting
  - Identify problems and troubleshoot a wide range of complex electrical issues on automation lines.
• Effective communication across the company.
• Technical Guidance
  - Lead line maintenance and changeovers, guiding engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of automation machines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation or Electrical Engineering.
  - Familiar with electrical control theory and design.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in maintenance and electrical design of automated machines.
• Knowledge of Vision Inspection systems (Keyence/Cognex), PLCs, pneumatics, sensors, motors, and motion control devices.
• Experience in specifying, programming, and troubleshooting servo controls and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Problem solver, results-driven, willing to find the best solutions.
• Fast learner, adaptable to industry changes, and able to learn new techniques.
