Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm or a public company.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and PCAOB requirements.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIA are preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures, including walkthroughs, control testing, and substantive analytics.
• Support inventory activities, including counts for external auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and internal audits.
• Develop and implement audit plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Document audit work, findings, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
• Identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities.
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
