Job summary

Ant Group Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join the SRE operations team. You will assist in managing and operating the local team while collaborating with global groups on daily operations and alarm handling.

You will participate in upgrading the risk prevention and control system to strengthen system stability, availability, and accuracy through fundamental knowledge in systems engineering and programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in operations and technical risk management.
• Foundational knowledge of system design, architecture, and distributed systems.
• Solid programming ability in Java or Python.
• Familiarity with databases and distributed systems concepts.
• Willingness to learn in the technology risk domain and improve system stability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job description

• Assist in managing and operating the Malaysian SRE team


• Collaborate with global teams to complete daily operations and alarm handling


• Participate in upgrading the technical risk prevention and control system to enhance the capabilities of the digital immune system and improve service availability and accuracy

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field


• Strong interest in operations and technical risk management


• Basic understanding of system design, system architecture, distributed systems, software engineering, and development


• Solid programming ability in mainstream languages (e.g., Java, Python), and foundational knowledge of databases and distributed systems.


• Willingness to learn and explore in the technology risk domain, focusing on system stability, including understanding the factors and scenarios generating technology risks


• Willingness to master skills to manage and prevent technology risks through systematic abstraction to design general technology risk solutions/systems/products


• Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration mindset
