In Southeast Asia, a major economic zone with a population nearing 700 million, Japanese companies have shown increasing eagerness to invest. The region is diverse and presents intricate business challenges for Japanese firms entering the market. We are seeking individuals to help lead our strategy consulting business in Southeast Asia, focusing on technology, media, and telecommunications for Japanese clients.

Our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team is growing to meet demand in strategy consulting and digital strategy. We expect you to deliver strategy-level projects and support proposal activities for high-tech, media, and telecommunications clients from Japanese companies.

As a Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements

• Consulting experience in a firm, specifically related to the themes mentioned in the "Work you’ll do" section, for Japanese high-tech, media, and telecommunications clients.
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
• Experience in leading projects
• Native level Japanese and business level English or native level English and business level Japanese
• In-depth consulting experience in a specific industry (technology, consumer, manufacturing, etc.)
• Southeast Asia related consulting experience
