Your new role

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP EWM modules.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to EWM.
• Analyse and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM).
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
• Document support processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior consultants.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM support or implementation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and SAP EWM functionalities.
• Experience with RF devices, warehouse automation, and EWM-MFS is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
