Reporting to a sales support manager, you will research sales contracts, make price quotations, and maintain process integrity for a variety of administrative tasks. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on advanced sales processes and systems. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. He/she/they will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

You Will

  • Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills

  • Provide skills-based coaching and client-specific training on a regular basis to support achievement of operating plan targets, sales targets, and high customer satisfaction

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and development programs designed to enhance advanced sales knowledge and skills across various sales motions

  • Analyze performance data and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices tailored to specific territories

  • Oversee and validate the quality of training delivery to ensure it meets established standards and aligns with business goals

  • Track the effectiveness of training interventions through a range of assessment tools and methodologies for continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems, ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently achieved

  • Maintain high-level communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships while staying informed about the evolving business environment for training material updates

You Are/Have

  • Malaysia citizen

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 3 - 5 Years of Experience preferred.

  • Able to develop relationships and communicate with higher level technical staff, with proven success

  • Demonstrated advanced problem solving and analytical skills

  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.

  • Demonstrated successful ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment, leveraging high level of independent judgement

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills - proactive communication style ensuring timely status of projects

  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid with full WFH starting Aug 2025 (5 days/week) until further notice. Monthly return to the office is required and will take place on Mondays

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
