Facilitates pipeline building and social selling, applying Microsoft's sales process to qualify opportunities and educate customers. Drives business growth with existing strategic customers through collaboration with internal teams and partners, ensuring rapid deployment and usage expansion. Explores customer needs, articulates business value, and collaborates to develop solutions aligned with priorities. Builds and leverages external stakeholder networks, guiding engagement strategies and expanding relationships. Develops strategies for closing strategic opportunities, leading deal execution, and coaching on close plans to ensure predictable closures.
