The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle client relationships, particularly in Malaysia. Responsibilities Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics. Coordinate with cross functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success. Implement best practices in project management and software development methodologies. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and clients. Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee testing processes to ensure software quality and compliance with industry standards. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non technical stakeholders. Mandatory Skills Strong project management skills with a focus on software development.
