Masboh IBS Sdn Bhd is at the forefront of construction technology, specializing in advanced Industrialized Building System (IBS) solutions. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and help us maintain our leadership in the market.

Salary

Salary Package:

Basic Salary + Commission + Allowance (Earning up to RM15,000++/monthly).

Responsibilities

• Must have strong knowledge in construction field and contact with Developers / Constructors.
• Able to conduct presentation to potential clients, consultants, architects and quantity surveyors.
• Able to lead and achieved company set target and do analysis regularly of competitors system, pricing, market offers and respond positively.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with 3 years working experience in sales / construction industries.
• Initiative, willing to learn and work independently and be able to work under pressure.
• Good command of Computer Knowledge (esp. AutoCAD & Microsoft Project and Microsoft office).
• Write and speak Languages English, Bahasa and Cantonese are highly appreciated.
• Prefer candidates that can speak fluent Mandarin as an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
