This position is internally known as “Senior Representative, Member Business Practices and Compliance (MPC)” in Herbalife.

Position Summary:

The primary role & responsibility of the Member Business Practices and Compliance (MPC) is to actively represent Malaysia & Singapore Member Business Practices and Compliance department, which enforces the Rules and policies and ensures Distributors conform to the rules set out by the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Distributors understand and embrace Herbalife’s Rules and policies to prevent violations, and provide support and guidance in building a sustainable business.
  • Conduct training about the Rules and policies to ensure ethical business practices and maintain fairness and integrity.
  • Research and investigate Rule violations, collaborating with Distributors, local management, Regional and Worldwide MPC, Legal, and other relevant departments.
  • Review, localize, and proofread translations of rules/policies updates from Worldwide or Regional MPC, and implement updates within the target timeline.
  • Review materials and assets for compliance with Herbalife’s Rules, policies, and business practices.
  • Conduct virtual/physical Nutrition Club visits, provide coaching, and prepare reports. Travel within the country may be required.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for Distributors and internal staff on Herbalife’s Rules, policies, and practices.
  • Handle clerical responsibilities such as correspondence, filing, and computer work.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate or equivalent with at least three years relevant experience, preferably in Customer/Member Services within Multi-level Marketing or related industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or BPO Quality Assurance.
  • Positive, outgoing personality with enthusiasm and flexibility, capable of working effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay. Knowledge of other dialects is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, administrative, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
  • Flexible working hours, including some weekends and overtime.
  • Ability to work independently under deadlines while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
