Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process.
• 2 to 5 years experience in PCBA field.
• Willing to work on-site at CM factory.

Responsibilities

• Production process monitoring and assist CM with MP production transfer.
• Coordinate with function team to improve production yield rate.
• Preliminary failure analysis of process/component defects.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook.
• Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
• Production process monitoring and assist CM with MP production transfer, stability and ready for final release.
• Coordinate with function team to improve production yield rate.
• Familiar with quality control system and ensure product requirement implementation accuracy at CM side.
• Preliminary failure analysis of process/ component defect to assist CM detect root cause and background data collection.
• Tracking CM/supplier’s improvement report, review feasibility and corrective action execution
  
  

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: BSEE,BSCS,MSEE,MSCS, BSEM, MSEM with less than 2 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
• Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
• Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection
• Around 2 to 5 years experience in PCBA field
• Willing to work on-site at CM factory
