Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

1. Assists in capacity and resource planning for the production lines, designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budget to improve efficiency.
2. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space and tooling requirements, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
3. Works with cross-functional teams to recommend manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
4. Effectively utilizes lean manufacturing tools for continuously improving the flow of material and information in the factory including factory layouts and visual management.
5. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
6. Implements and evaluates proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
2. Proficient in soldering and using oscilloscope and multi-meter for troubleshooting.
3. Good electronic background and time management skills.
4. Basic knowledge of PC, System and Server operation and troubleshooting.
5. Familiarity with Windows or Linux.
6. In-depth knowledge in PCBA and soldering machines.
7. Solid communication skills both verbal and written in English.
