Job Description
- As a brand owner prioritizing market share, growth and a healthy financial budget
- Develop consumer-first brand plans, handling A&P budgets, and forecasts while yielding positive ROIs
- Ensuring brand's compliance with regulations according to healthcare bodies (KKM)
- Analyse and integrate market and consumer insights into crafting the most effective brand plans while identifying opportunities of growth, and monitoring competitor activities
- Adept at creating local advertising strategies especially in digital marketing, while ensuring compliance with regional guidelines
- Identify, network and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and appropriate brand advocates
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand is running towards its objectives
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years in consumer brand FMCG portfolio, good to have prior healthcare portfolio
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystem, regulations and processes
- Skills in Nielsen / IQVIA insights tools
- Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit and leadership qualities
- Resilient to challenges, resourceful, strategic and analytical thinkers
- Good stakeholder communication
