• Responsible for all aspects of palm oil mill related matters including management, organizing, controlling and planning.
• Responsible for production and process management in the Plant.
• To ensure the operation are running smoothly, efficiently, cost effectively and production target being achieved and constantly monitored.
• Responsible for maintaining good relationship with internal and external customers.
• Supervise and monitor the team of engineer, staff and ensure the projects, maintenance and daily work are completed at the designated time.
• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify areas for system and process improvements and implement changes to improve overall efficiency and cost savings for the palm oil mill.
• Responsible for the management of staff and workers.
• Able to formulate budgets and work programs, labor management and perform monthly analysis on the performance of the mill.
• Responsible on the management of health, safety and environment of Plant.
• Plan and monitor improvement strategies and quality objectives to meet the company’s Quality Policy.
• Responsible for any Special Projects as and when assigned by General Manager.
• To deal with relevant government bodies, such as DOSH, DOE, MPOB and etc., and ensure the compliance of all relevant laws and regulations.
• Responsible for the management of RSPO Certification.
• Responsible for the daily and monthly Management Reports.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or related fields with 1st Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency.
• At least 5 years working experience in managing Palm Oil Mill manufacturing.
