Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Customer Supply Chain to lead and mentor a team of Supply Chain Analysts responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across MOQ strategies, material margin improvement, and PPV optimization at the customer product level.
This role will set the vision and operational direction for the materials cost optimization function across multiple customer programs, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals, customer expectations, and semiconductor supply chain dynamics. The ideal candidate brings deep supply chain and financial acumen, strong leadership skills, and a proven record of enabling cross-functional collaboration in a contract manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Supply Chain Analysts responsible for optimizing product-level material strategies across multiple customer accounts.
- Set strategic priorities for material cost optimization, inventory efficiency, and PPV performance across the customer portfolio.
- Provide executive-level guidance business case review and approval on MOQ rationalization, supply base strategy, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, engineering, program management, and operations to drive alignment and execution of cost initiatives.
- Serve as a key interface with customer account teams to ensure materials strategies are tailored to contract terms, volume expectations, and profitability targets.
- Oversee the development and standardization of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that track team performance and highlight actionable insights.
- Lead ongoing projects for intercompany stock optimization to drive inventory turns improvements.
- Partner with IT and data teams to improve access to product-level cost data, enhance reporting capabilities, and streamline workflow tools.
- Identify and implement best practices across the team to scale performance, efficiency, and consistency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader on semiconductor supply chain risk mitigation, cost trends, and strategic sourcing levers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of costing principles, PPV, BOMs, and standard cost systems in an ERP environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and balance customer requirements with company profitability goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executives and customers.
- Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain constraints, long-lead items, and wafer/die component strategies.
- Experience with global sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and NPI materials planning.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or master’s preferred).
- APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma training.
Experience Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in materials, supply chain, or operations roles, with at least 3–5 years in a management capacity leading teams.
- Proven experience in contract manufacturing or EMS (preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech sector).
