An established industry player is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a team focused on achieving departmental objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Manage and provide direction to reporting employees consisting of Managers, Section Heads, and Officers to achieve each departmental objectives. Grow and develop welfare and competence of the team.
Leverage and provide enhanced solutions to the MRP system that puts forth accurate data for appropriate analysis and decision making.
Execute and evolve the formulated plan to meet/exceed Purchasing, Sourcing and Planning KPIs, which involve OTD or OTS, inventory, and cost savings.
Manage inventory with involvement from the customer in the pursuit of 100% OTD and minimal inventory liability.
Involve in defining budget and tools that are required to fulfill the organization objectives.
Operate with a high level of effectiveness, integrity, and pro-activeness. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Comply with safety guidelines and all related regulatory requirements.
Establish a good relationship with all customers and strive towards improving customer satisfaction.
Respond effectively to assignments that benefit the organization.
Master/Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated leadership with the right interpersonal skills, drive, and enthusiasm.
Knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage.
