PricingStrategy

  • AssisttheEMEA-APACCCOandAPACCUleaderstodetermineandimplementpricingstrategiestoachieverevenueandprofitabilitygoals.
  • TranslatecomplexdataintoactionablestrategiesandtechniquestodrivesalesandprofitabilityandmaximizetheimpactofcommercialinitiativesincollaborationwithCUs,Marketing,Finance,BUsandAnalysts.
  • Runpricingimpactsimulationsusingstatisticalmodelsandprovidepricerevisionsguidance.Forecasttheimpactofpricingdecisionsandcommercialrebatesrevisions.
  • Track“pricingstickiness”afterpricingimplementationanddefine(togetherwithCUleaders)correctiveactionsincasetargetsarenotmet.
  • Maintainandoptimizefloor,targetprices,pricelists,specialpricerequests.
  • Designsupportedvsunsupportedpricingdashboards,issueend-usersalesreportsincludingcustomerprofitabilitymetrics.
  • Preparereportsandvisualpresentationstosharefindings.Presentpricinganalysisatbusinessreviewmeetings,providinginsightsandstrategicrecommendations.

SalesEnablement

  • Initiateandmanagetools,systems,andprocessesimprovementprojectsfocusingoncontinuousimprovementandaimingatenhancingoperations,salesefficiencyandpricingexcellence.
  • Screendatasourcestoincreasedataquality,liaisewithrelevantinternalstakeholderstoimplementgovernanceandcorrectiveactionswhereneededtoguaranteedataintegrity.
  • Ensuretheflawlessimplementationofstrategicandtacticaldecisionstoachievepricinggoals.
  • Simplifyanddevelopnewpricingapprovalprocesses.
  • Managedistributor’srebatescalculation,accrualsandreporting.
  • ActivelyparticipateinglobalandregionalprojectsrepresentingtheAPACorganization.OwnPricingworkstreams.
  • Documentprocessesandproceduresforinternaluseandtraining.
  • Facilitatecommunicationandcollaborationbetweenregionalsalesteamstosharebestpracticesanddriveconsistency.
