Une entreprise de dispositifs médicaux de premier plan recherche un responsable du développement commercial. Vous serez chargé d'identifier des opportunités de marché, de gérer des lancements de produits et de développer des relations à long terme avec des clients clés. Cette position nécessite une expérience avérée en ventes et marketing avec une forte capacité d'analyse et d'indépendance dans un environnement complexe.

Qualifications

  • 5+ années d'expérience en ventes, marketing ou développement commercial.
  • Expérience en gestion de lancements de produits et de campagnes.
  • Capacité à construire un réseau KOL local/régional.

Regional Business Development Opportunity at a top-tier MNC Medical Device company


Your new role

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals. Manage complex market research and analysis projects by evaluating findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
  • Develop and drive portfolio strategy in collaboration with the local market to expand and protect market share, optimise pricing strategy, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Develop the positioning, pricing, and marketing strategy for new products, and work closely with the global and local to deliver a new product launch forecast.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing or business development experience
  • Managing product launches and campaigns with experience in product listing and tender process.
  • Experience supporting OT cases and exposure to business development and a good understanding of Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets is an advantage.
  • Able to identify and build a KOL network in local and/or regional markets. Able to work independently in a complex environment with minimal supervision.
