Ansell is looking for a Sr Manager, IT Process & Technology to join our team in {Insert Location}!

In this position you will play a vital role in leading the implementation and optimization of D365 Plant Maintenance. This role also requires expertise in EAM master data, equipment calibration, planning & scheduling, spare parts, work order management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

What your role will be?

Functional Expertise:

  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance modules.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of D365 capabilities to design and configure solutions that meet production plant requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in asset lifecycle management (Plant maintenance) processes.
  • Implement best practices for Master data management and integration with other business systems.

Integration with SCM Processes:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the Asset Management module seamlessly with other D365 modules, especially those related to planning, inventory & WH processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and updates related to Dynamics 365 asset management practices.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing the EAM module.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to address user queries and concerns.

Development and Testing:

  • Work with development team to convert new requirements & gaps into technical design documents.
  • Perform functional testing and system integration testing and support UAT.
  • Assist business users in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including maintenance managers, plant service teams, and IT professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of production plant specific configurations and customizations.
  • Train the plant to user the relevant reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making in plant maintenance process.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must have 8+ years’ experience on the EAM module of Dynamics 365 and related ISV
  • The knowledge of the Supply Chain Modules and Manufacturing Modules will be highly desired.
  • Knowledge of other Dynamics 365 Applications (Finance, Supply Chain, Field Services, HR etc.)
  • Understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data Lake, DevOps, IOT, RSAT.
  • Understand the equipment maintenance processes in the field of Manufacturing and to write a functional design.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities.
  • Connecting an EAM module to a data platform and AI modules is a great advantage.
