Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Manager for our Model N Channel Management CRM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the platform and functionalities, with a proven track record in managing complex Model N projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to drive the Model N Team towards achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Systems Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of CRM systems across all Sales and Channel modules, including Master Data Management, Orders, Pricing, Samples, Quotes, Ship and Debit, Claims, Funnel Management, and Channel Management.
- Sales Process Understanding: Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM platform limitations to support business requirements effectively.
- Order to Cash Process Integration: Ability to harmonize and integrate the Order to Cash process for streamlined operations, with familiarity in financial month-end and quarter-end price protection processes.
- Design Leadership: Lead design sessions for CRM enhancements, ensuring seamless communication between systems like ERP, SFDC, EDI, Rosettanet, middleware. Knowledge of relational databases is essential.
- Business Enhancement Leadership: Lead discussions on business enhancements with multi-geo teams, translating business needs into scalable functional processes.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-focused and motivated to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional meetings, delve into intricate business processes, and craft comprehensive business requirements.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Visionary leadership skills; experience managing teams of Business Analysts and developers, overseeing system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Mentorship skills to develop team members and foster continuous learning.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities for organizing and presenting complex concepts.
- Effective task prioritization and collaboration skills to maximize productivity.
- Experience in developing proof of concepts, implementing projects, and refining processes related to Orders, Pricing, Funnel, and Channel Management.
- Ability to develop a 3-year platform roadmap, manage budgets, evaluate technology landscapes, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Experience with ModelN in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Other Qualifications
- 8-10 years of IT management experience, focusing on CRM implementation and support.
- 5-7 years in managerial roles leading Lead to Cash, Channel Management teams.
- Proven success in delivering complex CRM projects.
