What your role will be?
Serves as the global point of contact and subject matter expert for the assigned product category.
Manages the entire product lifecycle, driving new product development, improvements, and rationalization initiatives.
Contributes to and executes the overall category strategy.
Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and collaborates with regional teams for global insights.
Works with sourcing and operations to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
Leads all new product development projects, adhering to Stage Gate processes.
Oversees product transfers, insourcing/outsourcing initiatives, and contributes to the "Make vs. Buy" strategy.
Develops and maintains competitive benchmarking intelligence and contributes to product quality systems and compliance.
