Your key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the KPI performance of the Regional Process Coordinator (FI) in Malaysia.
  • Develop and coach the team of Regional Process Coordination for Finance and Asset Management. Roll out globally harmonized business processes in Finance and support legal or business requirements.
  • Consult group companies and SSC on Finance and Asset Management topics, ensure global knowledge transfer, and perform training if required. Lead deployments of standard processes for all B. Braun companies in the region.
  • Contribute to global projects and continuous process improvements, building interfaces between Global Process Coordination, regional stakeholders, and IT.
  • Analyze processes, identify improvement potentials, and coordinate with the Global Process Coordination team.
  • Support the S/HANA implementation for Finance and Asset Management globally and oversee related regional topics.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or similar.
  • Expertise in SAP FI module / Asset Management, including SAP customizing; knowledge of Sales & Distribution / Material Management or Concur is a plus. Product costing knowledge is not required.
  • 5 to 10 years’ accounting experience in multinational organizations, with at least 2 years managing a team. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong process analysis, management, and governance skills. Knowledge of tax regulations like VAT and customs taxes in APAC countries.
  • Experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation. Knowledge of languages such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, or Thai is advantageous.
