**Position Summary**Abbott is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics Delivery** to lead and grow a Malaysia and India based team supporting global Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Platforms, Artificial Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics initiatives.This leader will serve as the primary people and delivery manager for resources operating within Malaysia and APAC time zones, partnering closely with leaders across the Global Information Management and Intelligent Automation Solutions and Advanced Analytics. The role will be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving execution excellence, developing talent, and ensuring successful delivery of critical data and analytics solutions that support AI, and Generative AI initiatives.* Enable development of scalable analytics solutions that improve business decision-making and operational performance.* Support responsible AI practices, governance processes, and model lifecycle management.* Promote innovation and continuous learning across analytics and AI disciplines. **Business Partnership*** Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT
